Remington 870 Express Super Magnum Combo

I have many years experience with this gun. It can be the only gun you'd ever have to buy. You can legaly hunt anything from dove to deer with it. It is also one of the top firearms for home defense.

get a remington 870 express magnum. i have one and its a great gun. you can hunt anything with it and they are one of the toughest guns out there. field and stream rated the 2nd best shotgun ever made....the 1st is a purdey double barrel that costs $99,800 dollars.yeah. u said price wasnt an issue so if u got 100 grand to drop go for it. but i personally think u should just go to a pawn shop and get an 870 for 150$ but thats just me. another gun in the top 25 that i own is the ithaca 37. also a great reliable gun.field and stream said it was number 21 in the top 25. mossberg 500s are good and winchester 57s also. good luck.email field and stream and tell them what youll be using and theyll give u your best answer. happy hunting

I concur with the 870 Rem Express SuperMag Combo. I own one. It was my first shotgun I bought myself and hardly ever it is displaced as my go to gun for hunting. I will say my 11-87 is now my Turkey gun because its easier to camouflage. The 11-87 is my trap and skeet gun now because of its speed. The rest from Pheasant to Deer and everything in between is covered by the 870 Rem Supermag combo.

OMG. If you can afford the Extrema, go for it, thats one of the best guns out there. That and the super black eagle and Vinci by Benelli. Afriend of mine bought an Extrema 2 years ago and he absolutely loves it. said he would never buy another gun.

Berri. Stoeger didn't copy anything. benelli and stoeger are the same company.

it mostly depends on your price range, your intended use, and what feels good to you. but you cant go wrong with a mossberg 500 or a remington 870 pump. either would be a good starting shotgun that will last a long time

Remington 870 express combo is what me and my brother shoot. We each have our own and have never had any problems with them. The supermag could be nice for turkey but i am getting an 870 express for my little brother too. (FYI I might be biased to Remington as all of my long arms are Remington)

Source(s): have owned a 870 express for a few years now. my brother has had his for 5 years now, it was our stepbrother's before that, and was bought used by him.

I have a Benelli and although I almost never shoot it (afraid it might get dirty or get a scratch on it), it is my favorite. If you're not going to get a Benelli then just go to WalMart and buy whatever.. seriously just because it's walmart doesnt mean it a cheap POS - they actually sell some very very popular shotguns you might be surprised.
