Does anyone know of any shows similar to Ouran High School Host Club?

My friend and I really loved Ouran High School Host Club, but we were disappointed to know that it's done after one season. Are there any shows similar to it? We really like the fact that it's funny, and we like the romance. Keep in mind, we're looking for anime and manga only; no live action please! Thanks!

    You can try Fruits Basket (highly recommended), Karin (a.k.a. Chibi Vampire), Shugo Chara, or Mahou Sensei Negima! The first three are school life/romance. Mahou Sensei Negima! is about the same except its got action too.
