How to get rid of love handles and chubby legs.?

    Walking or riding a bike really helps. Even swimming since it is more gentle, you will still get results.

    There is only one way to lose excess body fat. You have to burn more calories each day than you consume.

    Dieting will reduce your overall weight, but will not specifically target fat. When you eat fewer calories than you consume, your body switches over to "starvation mode" and starts to burn protein (muscle) for fuel, and only a small amount of fat. Since fat contains the highest concentration of calories (stored energy) the body wants to use it as a last resort. So as your muscles get smaller, your metabolisms slows, and it becomes even harder to get your body to burn fat. This is why people constantly complain that "diets don't work."

    The way you get your body to use the stored fat is through EXERCISE.

    Tell me, have you ever seen a fat gymnast, or figure skater, or marathon runner? Of course not. What these people have in common is that they exercise their bodies AEROBICALLY. Aerobic glycolysis (aerobics) help you to lose fat by using up the stored blood sugar (glucose) and then forcing the body to start metabolizing fat for energy. Typically, it takes about 20-40 minutes to use up the glucose in your blood, so in order to lose body fat through exercise, one must keep the body in an aerobically active state for at least 45 mins to an hour. If you do this on a consistent basis, and limit your food intake, you will lose the love handles and chubby legs, as well as stored fat on other areas of your body. Fat comes off from everywhere at once. There is no way to target fat reduction (i.e. doing sit ups will NOT help you lose belly fat.)

    As for diet, you want to stick to a diet high in protein & complex carbs, and low in processed sugars and fats. I recommend vegetarianism, but if you must eat meat, stick to organic/free range products. Okay are organic egg whites, fresh water fish, lean poultry. Crabs, clams, oysters, lobster, shrimp, etc are all scavengers, high in cholesterol, and should be avoided. Beef and pork should be avoided. Stick with whole/multigrain breads, green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, beans, peas, peppers, asparagus, broccoli, etc. Limit starchy staple foods like potatoes, rice, corn. Soy substitutes are excellent. Stop drinking cows milk. You don't need milk past infancy, and adult bodies are not designed to digest it. If you need some sort of milk product, go with soy milk. Dairy in general should be kept to a minimum (i.e. cheese, butter, cream) Coffee should be avoided. If you drink tea, sweeten it with honey or molasses.

    Cut out junk food and replace it with healthy snacks like raisins, fresh and dried fruits, granola, nuts, sunflower seeds, berries, rice cakes, unbuttered popcorn, whole wheat chips or pretzels. Ditch the ice cream, cakes, cookies, donuts, sugared breakfast cereal, soda, juice with added sugar, candy, chips (anything with processes flavoring like doritos, cheetos, etc.) An occasional piece of dark chocolate is okay.

    Your total calorie input should be based on your weight, and the activities you do each day.

    My advice would be to simply start walking, get your aerobic capacity up, then start to jog, or cycle. Swimming is also excellent. Remember, at least 45 minutes is needed to start burning fat.

    it is not elementary to tug fat off those aspects, many times you are able to desire to cut back them with gazing your weight loss plan and workouts that concentration on those aspects, to boot as ones that strengthen your middle muscle tissues. cardio will help too.
