Lauren,
Selling online can be very spotty. Find the right website, and you're on your way to millions, but most just sit there and do nothing because there are so many out there.
Well, this is the time of year to look for craft sales in churches and community centers. Ask around, read the classified ads in the newspapers, and look in near-by communities on the Internet. Most places will charge a "table fee" -a charge per-table that you pay to enter the crafts fair. Others may charge a percentage of your sales as well. It varies from place to place.
To get the best placement in the fair, or show (expensive!) you usually have to be well-known to the organization, have displayed and sold your crafts well in prior years, or pay a larger fee. You want to have the best placement. A back room or hall is death to sales. Also, ask what prior sales have averaged, what kind of other crafts are usually sold, and how many people usually show up for these fairs at their location.
Small churches may advertise their fair, but often know nothing about promoting the fair, jurying a show, or how to screen prospective crafters. If they take anyone, it's not likley you'll make much money there. If you can get into juried shows you'll do much better, but you have to see how this plays out the first year.
Another way to sell your jewelry is to take it to small, independant clothing shops. They agree to show your jewelry for a specified period of time and pay you a certain amount of money for the sale of each piece. It takes more of your time, but when you have a good store that sells your pieces, or a few stores that agree to take your jewelry on consignment, you have a good start.
Another great way to make money is to take out ads in national magazines. It's expensive to start, but it pays off in the end. Creating the best ad is the challenge there.

try making an account at etsy.com. It's a website for selling handmade crafts.

How is easy you just hire someone, but if the question is 'what do I have to do to create my own website' id say stick with your ebay account. but if you still need to, use one of the ready made sites, Yahoo has it already set to go, just sign up and use all the shopping cart tools.
