Which part of Canada... cause Canada's really really big. I know Ontario do and don'ts well enough... And that there are resources in BC... And that Montreal's got THE clinic for all your surgical needs...

Worst case, get in touch with a local GLBT group and they could point you in the right direction. Or if you're looking to transition ask your GP for referrals to some specialists. That's how I ultimately got in with my transition group, I told my GP where I wanted to go and she got me in within three weeks. And that's living outside of a city center.
