ok so i have asked these question like about 10 times and nobody had a serious treatment?

A serious treatment suggestion would include both internal suggestions (as what you put in your mouth actually helps grow your skin) and external suggestions (as the products you put on your skin either feed the skin nutrients to help it get clear and healthy or simply cause more toxins to be absorbed which then can eventually make skin worse). A two-pronged approach then is:

Eating lots of veggies, drinking lots of water (and no other beverages such as pop, juices, milk) and avoiding refined sugars and grains helps (i.e. the latter produce an insulin surge that can contribute to acne), as can some natural acne cures like dabbing breakouts with organic coconut oil (with or without a sprinkle of turmeric in it).

I'm a holistic nutritionist and I also often recommend the Miessence Certified Organic Purifying line (including the garnet exfoliant to use gently on your forehead and cheeks) to my clients with acne. PS I don't know how long it takes for Clearasil daily wash to actually work or if it even works. You may want to take a look at the EWG's Skin Deep site and check on the ingredients in Clearasil to see if they are safe and effective.

get proactive most people say its just for pimples and zits not true its been used for black heads i know ppl who had it really bad and couldn't get rid of it they tryed proactive and within a 2 days it worked.
