hi everyone i got a uk paper license and want to change only address is that possible and is a still valid for ids thanxs

They will not reissue you with a paper licence, and you will have to have the photocard one. If you don't tell them your new address because you wantt o keep the paper licence (why I can't imagine) then you could run into problems if you are stopped and the police find differences in your address for insurance licence and car ownership
