So in this image, The girl has 4 lobe (?) piercings. So my question is about the top lobe (?) piercing... is the top on considered cartilage or lobe?
...i hope it's lobe!

no. the earLOBE would be the flappy part of your ear.
the piercing with the bar is called a INDUSTRIAL.
the stud by itself is called cartilage. (even though the industiral is piercing cartilage...the name itself for the bar piercing is cartilge)
