Does the constitution allow for freedom to segregate?
Does the U.S. constitution protect peoples right to separate or segregate themselves from people based on cultural and or racial differences? Please explain why or why not. I am just interested in what peoples response to this question will be.
Actualy Evil-Lyn, you may want to get out a bit yourself, the examples you have given, are mostly based on religion. There is a huge differance between race, and religion. Please read the questions more carefuly before answering. And yes I have met amish, I live in the heart of amish country, again, religious segregation.
