where to find a web site for factory cut homes?

i remember a long time ago i seen a web site to were you could look at blue prints of homes and you picked the one you liked. then this company would send the walls to you and you put them together on site. it is not mobile homes or modular homes. they were stick built but they were cheaper then a have the walls cut on site cause they waisted no wood. I was wondering if anyone knows what i am talking about, the web site or what these homes were called? thanks for any help

the one I'm looking at now is Palm Harbor Homes but they build in their factory and come to you and put the sections togeather. There is one called Value Build that just send you the walls on a semi and you put together. It does not included windows or anything so you would have to included that into your budget but price for the walls I saw were like 45-75K.

I just did a search for prefabricated homes or modular homes.

We had someone in my area do something similar. He ordered prefab walls, not a modular home. It leaks at many of the seems. It is a very nice large home with big blue tarps all over it. What was built in the factory was probably an outstanding product but if you don't have the ability to put it up correctly you have your wasted money.
