Not a Browns fan myself but Derek Anderson is gonna start next game and Quinn is going to the bench. My question: Is Mangini retarded?
I honestly don't think a QB who had 3 interceptions last game and who has the worst passer rating since 2008 (Derek Anderson) has that "spark"

The Browns offense needs a spark. They aren't getting any production from Quinn.
Anderson will likely fare no better; but he was a pretty good QB when they went 10-6 in 2007. This is likely his last chance to show he can play to that level again.
If not, it's back to Quinn, I would assume.

Who cares, this Browns team has zero weapons. They're going 0-16 this year.
