Erin - Gold is kind of hard to photograph cause it doesn't always come out looking gold lol. i'm sure in person the triangle looks nothing like cheese.
& honestly, it's cool. I didn't take it to heart. I just thought i would correct you/ inform you that they cut the roster down..
Yeahh, I'm not sure if any other team has been put on the SC ring besides the winner.. I think the pens are the first? i'm sure somebody can prove me wrong tho lol
& Erica - No i found them on some message board. I've been told i tend to stalk the pens.. so i find a lot of pictures before they are posted on the pens website... i even found a picture of Ryan Malone's Wife, Abby after their son was born.... haha

Wow, bliiiiiiiiiing! Thanks for sharing pics. I hadn't seen these yet. Were they posted on the Pens' website? I haven't been there in a long time, haha.
Maybe the ring isn't really that big... maybe Sid just has small hands. :b
I'm sure the photograph really does make the gold look more yellow/ orange/ whatever is going on there... but I still can't help but think a more champagne-colored white gold would have been better? I don't know. Still, and I don't mean to be a homer, (can you be a homer about rings?) I absolutely love the design. I love the side with the logo and record against every team the Pens played on their way to the Cup. That's sweet.

I think that they are absolutely beautiful. The only problem I have with them is that on the face of the ring, the golden triangle behind the penguin looks like a slice of American cheese to me. :/ But I think that that was bound to happen...

You have to understand, I have so much school work that I'm going insane, I have a sinus infection that won't go away, and the people that I go to school with are annoying me with their idiocy to the point that I can't even think straight. So, I'm sorry. :(
EDIT: Yes, I'm aware of the roster cuts and the one or two new guys we've acquired this past week.

Those aren't the rings. The new ones spell out F L U K E in diamonds. This is so incorrect. =\

They are really stunning! So awesome.. But you say taht these are big, these are NOTHING compared to the superbowl rings(steelers), imo.
