Maintain a routine. Most acne treatments take time to work. It usually takes between two and eight weeks before you see any significant improvement, so you are going to have to be patient. Once you've gotten your acne cleared up, it's important to continue with the treatment that's working so it does not return.
If all else fails, contact a doctor. Mild antibiotics that are available only by prescription can help reduce acne. Keep in mind though, that the widespread overuse (taking antibiotics when you really don't need them or for something they don't treat) and misuse (not taking medication for the specified amount of time) of antibiotics has led to the development of multiple antibiotic resistant bacteria. That means that the antibiotics won't work for the things they used to (including your acne).
Keep hair off of your face if at all possible. If you want to keep your bangs, then consider taking showers regularly or keeping your forehead clean with oil-dabbing cloths / clean tissues / etc.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

with time it will fade but to speed up the process you just need to exfoliate a few times a week. My favorite acne line that controls acne as well as removes post acne scars is Visibly Clear System. You can find is at www.facesbeautyboutique.com under skin care systems. hope this helps.

Try using Mederma. In addition to that, try exfoliating your skin 2 or 3 times a week with Apricot Scrub.

Mederma - works great. It will take a few weeks but it does lessen the appearance of scars.
I had some old chicken pox scars on my face and it worked (it is not perfect) but better then using a gallon of concealer everyday.

don't spend a lot of money on products, most of which don't work. keep your face very clean. drink plenty of water (that really does help), and talk to your doctor about it. that is the person you should listen to, and the person who can give you the best advice.
