I would recomend Death Note or Neon Genesis Evangelion. They are both fully dubbed into english and the latter is getting a remake that is currently being dubbed. The are very exciting and thought provoking. I especially like Death Note because of the cat and mouse feel of it and the moral and ethical questions that it raises.
