wii mario galaxy and mario galaxy 2?
ok so i have mario galaxy for wii and i am almost done with it, it was a good game but my birthday is coming up and i want another game like thi one, i heard that there is a mario galaxy 2, is this also a good game like the first one but is it too much like the first one, or example same adventures but like just slightly tweeked, has anyone played both games, and does the seond one come for the wii?

Super Mario Galaxy 2 won't be out until sometime in 2010. Hopefully that will be sometime in EARLY 2010... but there hasn't been an official release date for the game yet.
Super Mario Galaxy 2 is a sequel... and in that respect, the game will be a lot like the first one, BUT... it will have all new levels and also "Yoshi" is supposed to be in the game. If you liked the first one, I'm sure you will like the second game as well.
I'll bet that you are NOT really almost done with the first game... are you close to collecting ALL 120 stars with Mario? Did you know that when you collect all 120 stars and then defeat Bowzer, you can play through the entire game again with Luigi?
And then... if you collect all 120 stars with both Mario and Luigi, there is a final special 121st star for both Mario and Luigi...
So, to be "DONE" with the game... you would have to collect 121 stars with both Mario and then Luigi... then you can say you are done with the game.
Maybe you might want to consider getting "Super Mario Bros. Wii" for your birthday... it's a new Mario Bros. game where 4 people can play at the same time. It comes out November 15th. You can click on the link for a video of it:

Super Mario Galaxy 2 won't be released till next year. So no one has played the game and can't say if it's better or worse than the first.

Mario Galaxy 2 isn't out yet ,and won't be for awhile. Mario Galaxy 2 features the exact same gameplay and ideas as Mario Galaxy, but with some new costumes and new levels.

Go to youtube or google and type in super mario galxy and it will pop up a video!! Im excited to!!
