Concrete formula for cubic yard of concrete?

What is the ratio of cement, sand, and gravel to make concrete.

How many bags (and what size bag) of cement, to how many buckets of sand, to how many buckets of gravel does it take to make one cubic yard of concrete?

Update:

If it needs to be done by weight, then I need to know how many pounds of cement per sand per gravel. Would it be 1 pound of cement, 2 pounds of sand, and 4 pounds of gravel?

I cubic yard is a lot of concrete. The formula is 1 part portland cement 2 parts sand and 3 parts aggregate plus water. This weighs approx. 4,000 lbs. That's a lot of mixing.

I would suggest you order a truck. There are some places that sell mixed concrete is smaller amounts than your average truck. It is mix at their site and put in a trailer for you to tow dump and spread. That might be the way to go.
