Why can't women join the Navy SEALs?

the average female cannot and i repeat cannot do combat positions

sorry, but its true. less than 5% of women can actually do it.

the US military does NOT allow women in combat positions and that includes the SEALs. that will never change

They aren't strong or fast enough to make it through the training, or the daily lifestyle.

What about the SEALs inspires you so much? What are you looking for? It is possible for women to serve in some support capacities in some Special Operations units. But you have to be very good at what you do, and you have to be in a unit that is very good, and someone usually has to recommend you. I know that some people in military intelligence in the Army are given this chance. But there's no guarantees, since you can be excellent at your job, but if your unit is not good, your individual efforts are not likely to have enough impact to be noticed.

Anyways, so when your partner is shot and needs to be carried off, you're already carrying 100lbs of equipment...you think you can carry him off while fatigued? i didn't think so

Simple Answer really, females bodies cant handle it

your dreams are crushed? had you ever bothered looking into the physical requirements at what they actually do? do you know ANYTHING about them and their training?

If most males who try out fail, then what chance would females have?

Anyways, it is a combat job.

The female is not built for carrying a 100 pounds of equipment miles and miles. Granted, neither is the male body, but it is better adaptable to that kind of muscular stress.
