Did I factor this correctly or is there more to this problem?

Original Problem: x^3 – 3x^2 + 6x – 18

What I factored out: x^2 (x + 3) + 2(x - 9)

Then I got this: (x- 9) (x +3)

Which again I don't think I factored out all the way or maybe I did. So again any help I can get would be greatly appreciated.

Update:

Thanks to the both of you. These are very confusing for me. But I think I got it now.

you want to factor by grouping

    (x^3-3x^2) = x^2(x-3)

    (6x-18)= 6(x-3)

    =(x^2+6)(x-3)

That's not right, it should be like this

    x²(x-3) + 6(x-3)

    (x-3)(x²+6)

This is called factoring by grouping.
