A little help with A level choices?

Basically, I'm stuck as hell with A level choices. The expectation is that i choose 4 A level's in the very near future. Anything would help me, from what a levels you took, how hard you found them, the grade you got, whether you enjoyed them, or why you didnt, or what you wish you had done. I'm predicted all A*'s for GCSE and i'm cosidering:

Maths

Biology

Chemistry

English Literature

Pyschology

History

Physics

Any recommendations for any of the above, or even any warnings would be appreciated, but i'm open-minded and any A level ideas, information or wisdom would be much appreicated. Thanks in advance, i sure need as much help with this as possible.

I did English Literature and i loved it. But it depends on you but if your not keen on reading then don't pick it as you're expected to read quite a lot and know the literature well afterwards, it also might not be subjects that you enjoy, i studied war, but i liked that. But it is good if you like to debate a point in essays and if you write well.

I'm doing 3 out of that list, and at the moment I haven't regretted any of them. With Biology you have to remember LOADS, its one of the biggest step ups from gcse, so if you have a good memory for stuff that would help.

History is really interesting, but then it depends what topics they offer at your school, at my school we're lucky as they've choice great topics for us to do, and as a double bonus my teachers are great. It also helps that I love history though (might do it to degree level).

To be honest, it really depends on what you want to do after school and what you personally like. There's no point taking something just because you're good at it, and end up hating it for 2 years.
