26 is a good ovulation number...it may be your month....if not I would recommend going up on your clomid...BTW i had no symptoms when I found our I was pregnant and I am having twins.

Progesterone levels are no indication of pregnancy but it does mean that you had a good ovulation with a number like that and progesterone levels will aid in implantation especially when they are nice an high like yours.

I did 4 rounds of clomid and my levels were 42, 24, 29, and 31. I didn't get pregnant unfortuneately. I just did my first IUI with injectables and am on vaginal progesterone now and my levels are 147. I am currently 4 weeks 4 days pregnant. The doc told me the extra progesterone would help with implantation and it sure did.

Good luck and I hope this is your month. They say most peopel get pregnant within 3 cycles of clomid.

Unfortunately progesterone levels are not predictors if you are pregnant or not. A P4 (prog.) level of 26 is good though for 7dpo! That means you had a nice strong ovulation this cycle.

    Good luck to you!

Progesterone levels are not usually an indicator of pregnancy. It is good if you get pregnant though! You will be able to sustain one very well.
