Did anyone see Ron James's bit on US health care?

Or are Canadians misunderstanding the situation? What are we missing that has so many Americans clinging to the current system?

Update:

Sorry, all I can find is the whole episode but the US health care bit starts at about 11 minutes and lasts about 90 seconds.

I like how he puts it and I think it sums up what a lot of Canadians (myself anyways) are thinking about the situation.

Is he right though?

    I agree. I also see where the americans are coming from. Have you watched the scare tactics on american TV channels? Scary, they make Canada and Britain look like people have to wait for surgery, can't get doctors, rationed health care, etc. It's pretty scary stuff.

    I don't expect americans to come over and actually see what it is like here though. All the other countries do it wrong according to america.
