Crafty poem ma. A real pearler. Your fingers have surely done the talking here. However it did lack colo(u)r.
I bet you had a ball doing this! You've done it a skene.(pron Sk-ayn sounds like a-gain)
Gives me the warm fuzzies. verse 1 needs a lil tightening.
didn't keep me in stitches like I expected it too but on the whole...I won't needle you any more about it.
If this is the pattern for future poems from you, we are sure to be covered in love.
Edit: I wouldn't say this is the worsted poem I have every read...(mainly because it's just plain dumb to say that...yeah you can call me a knitwit heehehehheheh)

Yes thank ya, I feel warm now...Teehee. Geezum crow...that sounds like some fancy shmancy knitting. Must take a long time eh? It takes me forever to just make a scarf. But I am kinda slow at it...so yea ;)

I'm pretty certain that this contains the GPS coordinates of Atlantis and will lead me to safety when the Mayan world ends on December 21, 2012. Boy, I'm sure glad I don't have to answer to the giant flying snake god for my activities at the reptile institute. Thanks, ma.

I still have the hand knitted blankets from both of my grandmothers, who have long passed..they smell kinda musty, and they're a little itchy, but I wouldnt trade em for anything....

Oh ma, you're in big trouble! My neighbour, old Mrs. H., and I got out our needles and followed your poem. All I ended up with was a giant willy-warmer ... and as for Mrs. H., the shock was enough to make her drop her stitches!

This gave me the sensation of wearing a mink in July in downtown Egypt. How warm is that?

I would have to know them better to make them cry and feel worthless. I save that for those who are closest to me. Or the ones that like pay for it.

a dear aunt of mine, who died last spring, made me a lovely afghan. it's a dusty blue, tan and cream color. she was always working on one, making them for everyone in the family, for friends, new babies. her fingers were so crooked with arthritis i don't know how she did it. thinking about her now brings tears to my eyes, cause i really miss her so much. your poem is so perfectly titled.
