Weakness while excercising.?
I've recently began to experience muscle weakness while exercising. It happens fairly quickly, not after I've been exercising for awhile and is pretty disconcerting to me. What might be the most likely cause for this to occur?

may be because of inconsistency, or lack of carbs/protein in your diet

I just recently had that problem and what I found to work was drinking more water and increasing carb intake. It really helps if you drink water throughout the workout.

If you are overworking yourself or if there is a deficiency in your diet seem like probable causes.
