In my opinion,no would be the answer. You won't be getting all of the vitamins and the minerals that you need.Eating mini meals is a far better option than eating 1 meal a day.You need to incorporate, whole grain breads and meats such as chicken, fish and turkey, along with fresh fruit and vegetables for optimal health.

Well, you see a diet isn't really a diet. You have to determine your caloric intake in comparison to the rate you burn calories. The best option for losing weight is not eating.. By Odin's big hairy balls no way! Peanut Butter is high on calorie intake as is milk. I'd suggest eating as little as possible while maintaining a healthy intake of vitamins and nutrients. Drink water and brush your teeth every time you feel like having a snack before a meal.

No! It's about metabolism. You eat once a day and your metabolism slows down. If you starve yourself the body will protect itself by storing fat. Eat smaller portions 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. It's a balance between your caloric intake and level of activity.

Don't mean to be rude but no that's a horrible idea! Your going to wreak your metabolism.

The #1 best way to diet is to eat every 3 hours, meals consisting of lean protien, healthy carbs, and low saturated fat.
