What is the best protein bar?
I am female and do not eat alot of protein. I am looking for the best protein bar out there. I would prefer low sugar, low calories, low carb, low cholesterol and very high in protein. Any recommendations?

power bar is pretty good but it has about 300 calories. the best and cheapest thing to do is make your own and store it. there are recipes on line and it is pretty cheap to do.
