According to Chris Wallace of Fox News, Obama got the prize because he isn't Bush. So you, I, and everyone else that is not Bush must be getting one too. Where do I go to pick mine up? Isn't that better for you than getting Teacher of the Year?

Not Quite
Your have to throw your own students under the bus and have them all hate you. Then you have to apologize to the rest of the class rooms for the behavior of your class. You have to make promises of reforms to better the school that you can't possibly carry out. Then you will get nominated for teacher of the year and win.
