I might not be 100% correct but I think they are ushers. Ushers direct people to the right side of seating and hand out programs etc. For the girls they will be usherettes maybe?

Hi. At my daughter's wedding, we called the people handing out the programs "Greeters"

Assistants to the bride sounds like a good idea.

if they're passing out programs as guests arrive at the ceremony, they're called greeters.

    They'd be called "program attendants."

I would call them something like "Assistants to the bride" or something that makes them feel important.
