How to lower a fever, if at all.?
My wife seems to think that by lowering the AC down to 75, turning a ceiling fan on, and uncovering me, that my fever will go away. I told her she is wrong, and she is torturing me by doing all of that, I am freezing.

All of that is not helping and may make it works by giving your body the chills. Wrap in a blanket, put a cool, not cold, wash cloth on your forehead and your neck, and take tylenol every 6 hours.
