I have pneumonia now....is there something else going on?

I've had Pneumonia twice in the last 2 years....I've got it again right now, and I'm taking Dexpak and Levaquin, however....

every 2 months for 2 years back in 2006-2008 I literally either got bronchitis or sinusitis, and finally got Pneumonia in December of 07 and it was very scary and was possibly the closest I've been to death as far as my health....I was not well, and was on a difibulator for 2 days straight...just sitting up, made me have a panick attack...I moved away to Texas and didn't have a single problem for a year....and now that I've moved back I'm having respiratory issues again...

Needless to say I have asthma, some morning it's ALOT worse than others, I don't know exactly what causes it to be worse....but sometimes it can cause me to be dizzy and panicky in the morning if I don't take the inhaler....which I might not be able to ever do anything about that in my life....however....When i was diagnosed with Pneumonia last wednesday, and was given the Dexpak and Levaquin, i was not given any bloodtests, or swabs....they simply took my weight, heart rate, looked in my throat, listened to my chest, and wrang me up some pills....they even had a little trouble reading my heart rate, and said it was considerably high afterwards, which while i waitin in the room for another hour, got me up to a good stressed out state.....do i need a second opinion, because I can't afford to be paying for these antibiotics and steriods all the time....this last one was over 200.00 due to lack of generics....

There has to be some alternate explanantion to why I keep getting sick like this, is it possible i have COPD, or early signs of emphesyma...(sp?)....this isn't cool anymore....I'm tired of my throat and lungs composing their own orchestra when i exhale and inhale before bed....
