When previous presidents were in office the first year or so, were they bashed like Obama is getting it now?

Yes, 0bama is getting bashed, but no other president to my recollection has been a media whore the likes of 0bama. Nor has gotten more passes from the media for failures then 0bama, and in fact continues to get passes for his efforts to destroy the American economy. And lets not forget the numbers at the unemployment lines continue to grow. And the number of small businesses continue to close and the middle East is a ticking time bomb with no one capable to make a decision in the white house, ask your self, dose he not deserve to get bashed. If given the chance 0bama will destroy the United States as we know it. So its not anti-0bama as much as it is he's destroying our country!

The hate directed at Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan & GWB was ten times worse than Obama is getting.

Going back in history, great Presidents like Lincoln had massive doses of hatred thrown at them.

Obama has most of the media blowing him kisses at him. While Fox News and talk radio keep some heat on him, CNN, MSNBC, NBC, ABC, CBS, the NY Times, Washington Post, LA Times, Miami Herald and the rest refuse to cover stories that make him look bad, report the news with any objectivity or ask questions that might be tough on him.

No other President has ever had this slobbering love affair with the media.

No, but then other presidents, other than Jimmy Carter, did their job, did not apologize for America, did not fly overseas to make a bid for the Olympics and leave our country at a time when decisions have to be made here at home, did not build up our debt to the point that our children and our children's children would be paying for it for years to come, did not lie about a health care plan that was aimed to award our illegal immigrants health care at our expense, and the list goes oo.......However, all of our presidents are bashed at some point during their presidency. Maybe that is why we have such a hard time getting qualified candidates.

Usually, even Regan and FDR had their detractors, it's worse now because the American people of today are so addicted to instant gratification. They expect all their problems fixed instantly with no sacrifice on the their part and the real world doesn't work that way. The people in the U.S. made it through the depression and WW2 because they didn't really expect the Government to do anything for them, the work ethic of the 19th century, a man took responsibility for himself, was still common. Today people sit at home and whine because somebody else isn't fixing everything for them and Obama is the current target of choice.

Homeland Security is having to put more and more time and resources into tracking christians who seek to tear up the constitution, destroy democracy and foment a second civil war to install a christian dictatorship!!

A chilling warning was issued to US police forces about the threat of a rise in violent right wing and christian extremist groups fueled by recession and hostility over the election of the first black president!!

Seems these people are not just a bigger threat to American freedoms than external terrorists but completely anti American!!!

Bush never stopped getting it .. but for Obama i can see atm where is biggest bashing is and I can see the reason why..he should of never been given the Nobel Peace Prize for stuff he's only talked about doing. He hasn't doen any of them but he's rewarded a high honor like that for promises? If thats the case I want mine next because i'm going to stop all the wars in the middle east and bring all countrys together to work on unity of fixing the global economy. I'm going to push for the people of the world to hunt terrorist and bring all organizations down..just them though not the countrys they hide in..ok wheres my prize?
