Problem with your premise is that Cheney was acting in what he believed was the defense of his country. Bush and Cheney were acting on intel given to them by the Clinton administration and repeated by leading libs all thru the 90s. The Democrats had ample chances to stop 9-11 and failed to act in the face of both a clear warning and actions by Al Quada. So please try actually reading what was really going on at the time, not the lies the Dems want you to repeat.
