...And I cannot find it for some reason. The idea behind the website is that you can set up events in your area, and make it available for other people in the same place to sign up and receive information about the group or event.

If you know the web site you are looking for, you should click on it and it should open up their site. Once there, you should see your options.Look carefully for what they offer. You may have to scroll down until you see what you're looking for. It might say something like "events", "groups" or even "contact us". Click on that you want to do and go from there.
