Please help me with weight loss !?

Hi ATM i am a 15 year old boy , 5ft 5 and weigh 210 pounds which is 15 stone but i have been doing some studies on-line and have read my ideal weight should be between 111-150 pounds , so 150 would be in and around 11 stone , so i would need to lose at least 4 stone ! has anyone ever done this before and how ! could someone set me a good exercise programme or something to help me lose it and how long would it take to lose ! I am very deadly serious about this and need some help.

    First of all:do not eat junk food or fatty sugared foods:that alone makes a difference,

    Eat healthy foods :like:whole grain bread lean meat like grilled chicken,vegetables abit of rice or pasta's.

    And take smaller helpings as well.

    And now to loosing weight for real:go running each morning for 30 minutes:take some water with you that you stay hydrated.

    It you have time:go swim the breaststroke quit vigorously for at least 30 minutes:you don't loose just weight but gain shoulder chest arm and leg muscles at the same time.

    What can be better?

    Jogging and walking will help you too but not that much as running and swimming do,

    Before you hear about any diets or any ways to exercise just think about your mental well-being. Being positive is the only thing that is beyond any way to feel better about you, trust me I've been there. When I was in the start of high school, I was very over weight, I look back at pictures now, and I look like an entirely different person. Naturally I lost the weight, and now I'm in sixth form with a lovely girlfriend, who is very complimenting of me and loves my body.

    Through her I learnt to love myself, and gained much confidence. Whatever you do, don't worry about yourself, easier said than done perhaps, but just take time to value yourself. Do not lower anymore self-esteem because there's only going to be negative effects, gradually follow your chosen weight solving answers, so you can lose weight and be happy whilst doing so.

    Before my girl, I felt over-weight, sad and lonely. Thought it was never going to change, but it did, I now love somebody, am loved and more importantly love myself. Her with me, I feel sexy, happy and a guy that's just won the lottery without picking any numbers beforehand!

    You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results in case you work hard. Get a skipping rope, skip for two units, do push ups for one minute, skip for two minutes, rest for starters minute. Then change the push around something else like sit ups in addition to do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a rapid, effective workout that will improve results than a long work or swim.

    you dont have to make a three digit number your weight loss goal aim for a certain dress size or waist measurement
