I am going to guess that a VIP to CR from Bkk will be abt 900 baht - I go abt half way for 450 or so - -
The busses probably become more frequent around 7:30 am - though you might find one earlier, you might also have to wait until after 8 am - and then there should be many choices?? -- sometimes they wait until they get enuf people to make it worthwhile -
