toothpaste dries out your spots and takes away a lot of the redness and my boyfriend told me if you take a teaspoon of lemon juice a day that really helps clear them up (no joke ) maybe start trying that ?

Whatever you do, DO NOT aggravate your skin. No rough scrubbing.
I have tried the toothpaste thing and it works most of the time. A while ago, I read that it dries it up. I usually will apply a tiny bit to each individual pimple. If the head is white, I pop it as gengly as I can w/o exposing other areas of my face to the pus that comes out (pus due to infection. Your skin forms pimples usually b/c there is a bacteria in that area that your skin is trying to kill off) that the toothpaste will try it from the inside as well. But popping is a tricky thing. It could make things worst and lead to scarring.
Pay attention to your skin. It could be that it's oily but you are using products that add to that. Or it could be that it's dry and you are just not giving it enough moisture.
It could also be that you are very stressed out and just need to learn some stress relieving techniques.
Go see a Dermatologist if you can. My friend used to get these shots from hers and the pimples disappeared within 24 hours.
Check out these two sites I just looked up. See if they help. The other stuff are just things I learned over the years, it doesn't always work for everyone. But maybe the articles will have better advice.
Good luck!

Popping pimples is only effective if you keep squeezing until the wormy ropy looking core with a little blood comes out. If not it will reseal and leave a scar. Wash you face with a non deorderant soap like unscented oil of olay, etc, Before you go to bed and it the morning. after squeezing a pimple put peroxide on it to fizz out the bacteria and put a dab of triple antibotic ointment on it, so you dont have scar. Good old stridex pads help remove oils during the day.

Oh my gosh hun, that sounds mega annoying. Before you panick too much, I want you to remember no one on this earth has perfect skin, so there is nothing I can promise would work 100%.
But if it is as bad as you say it is, I would go to the doctor and he/she can prescribe a tablet to you that helps clear you skin. My friend is on that tablet and it really starts to clear up after about a week. Tell your parents you want to do something about it, I'm sure they will understand.
If you just want to use a product off the shelf, PLEASE DO NOT USE CLEARASIL OR CLEAN AND CLEAR!!! They are so bad for your skin. Go to the chemist and look out for a product called 'simple'. Buy a face wash and moisturiser. Wash your face day and night. Do not pop any more pimples.
If that does not work, there is another product, but it is very pricey. It is Ella Bache's line of skin products. I have a face wash called Lait Enrich and a moisturiser called emulsion tomate. I also have an over night cream called Creme Intex and it get's rid of blemishes over night. But Ella Bache products are very strong and very expensive. I would suggest you see a skin specialist or Ella Bache' outlet.
Also, eat lots of fruit and drink lots of water. Eating healthy maintains skin quality.
Please don't use anything too strong on your skin and be nice to yourself!
Good luck! :)

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL 1/ Never, ever touch your face. 2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day. 3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal 4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal. Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing. 5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again. 6/ Do this for 90 days. 7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days. Source: A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes. The secret is never to touch the spots Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

If you have moderate to severe acne, you will need to treat from within as well as without. If you don’t your acne will never go away and stay away.
I found the following combination remedy at http://www.21st-apothecary.com/alternative-acne-tr...
1. Take as supplement 500mg of Vitamin C three times each day with a meal or snack. (Up your dosage to 1000mg if you are over 30 years of age.) Do not take all the tablets at once! Vitamin C is water soluble, so it works best when it’s replenished throughout the day.
2. Take 1000mg Flax seed oil three times per day. It will decrease pore size. (Can also add evening primrose, borage, or black currant seed oils.)
3. Take 100mg of Vitamin B-6 every morning, after breakfast.
4. Drink a tea of Echinacea or Goldenseal twice per day, once upon waking and again in the evening, 2-3 hours before bed.
5. Use a soap or cleanser for “sensitive” skin. The more natural the better. Rosemary or Tea Tree oil soaps, if you can find them where you live, would be especially useful.
6. Make a “before bed” toner, to be used after cleansing each and every night, until your acne is completely gone. Here are the ingredients: 1/3 cup distilled water, 5Tb rubbing alcohol, 5Tb hydrogen peroxide, 2 Tb fresh lemon juice, and 60 drops eucalyptus oil. Shake well to blend. (The alcohol will keep the lemon juice, so there is no need to refrigerate.) You can use every time you cleanse, provided you use a high SPF sunscreen before going outdoors. Always let the toner dry on your skin before applying moisturizer.
7. Only use a oil-free moisturizer for “sensitive” skin and add 8-10 drops of Tea Tree oil per ounce. Always apply moisturizer before sunscreen.
8. Only use an oil-free sunscreen specifically made for the face. Anything else is asking for trouble. Wait at least 30 minutes before going outdoors and refresh your sunscreen every three hours thereafter. The spray varieties are perfect for this, especially if you’re woman who wears cosmetics.
9. In addition, exercise regularly and take time to relax and decompress — meditation, massage — are also important alternative treatments for acne, as the body needs to be at its peak to fight any disease.
It’s been working for me. I started after my last big outbreak on my forehead, nose and chin — it was mid July. My face was smooth again in only two weeks, and it’s been smooth ever since.
Good luck!!

Mix three tablespoons of honey with one teaspoon of cinnamon.
Apply this to your entire face and leave it on as long as you can stand it (it's pretty annoying to have a sticky face, but worth it!). Ten minutes minimum.
Do this once a day.
This is so effective because honey has antibacterial properties and the cinnamon exfoliates your skin.
Also, remove makeup as soon as you get home. Wash your face with mild soap and water.
