No electing him would have not been change no more than it has been electing Obama simply on words and speeches, he though the first bi- racical president not a real change the real change would have been had a woman been elected president there have always been men to hold the office but not one female

Syntax error. It should be "Do you think Joe Biden should HAVE won?"
Of course, we don't know what he should HAVE won. Ask more specifically what he should HAVE won and I'll gladly answer about what he should HAVE won.
