Isn't it amazing with the NCAA infractions........?

committee that it has come down hard on Bryant of Oklahoma State but remember the USC fiasco with Reggie Bush which has just seemed to disappear. I mean there was so much evidence and some of it circumstantial but how do you ignore the family renting a house they couldn't afford to a sports agent that settled the matter out of court. The NCAA is not consistent with its operation when it comes down to handling infractions. I am not dissing USC because if you can get away with it then fine but the NCAA has wielded a heavy stick against other teams. What do you think?

Update:

To B Lorenzo - Good points! I forgot about McKnight's recantment which was a joke.

I agree 1000% with you. It's one thing that theres so many infractions regarding players and money still; after so many people have been caught over the past 25 years. But what's even more strange is in the matter of how the NCAA seems to "pick and choose" what it handles, and what it lets fall 'forgotten.' It seems like it's getting worse in College Basketball due to the new "1 and done rule" the NBA has instilled; but it goes on in both sports obviously. A shame, college has become more then just sports and education.

Also agree with B. Lorenzo, USC has been a joke in this regard. Both programs should be heavily looked at, and dealt with.

The NCAA is trying to get the Big-12 out of the way for a USC vs. SEC title game. Look at the rankings! Ole Miss and LSU were WAY overrated, while Nebraska and Kansas were way underrated. They want Okie State to lose and then knock off Texas and OU, etc. USC moved up 6 spots after beating one of the worst teams in the country- WSU.

There is much more to USC's pay for play than just Bush

Dwaynne Jarrett, Joe McKnight, and Matt Leinart were all caught red-handed also.

    Remember O.J. Mayo????

they just never did anything to usc because every poll voter out there gets a bon3r when people talk about usc, and if they did go after them they would have a hard time getting recruits.feel bad for ok st for loosing their star wr, but thats how the system works
