Preventing and fixing cracked skin.?
I work on building sites (Electrician) so my hands are exposed to cold, and different varieties of dust which does my skin no good. I wear the barrier cream provided and also use moisturiser once my hands are clean but my skin still splits. Gloves aren't an option as they restrict what I can do. This happens every year and this year seems to be worse for whatever reason. Suggestions please, thanks.

Not sure if you have tried these or not, but there are gloves specifically designed with electricians in mind.
These gloves are a very tight nylon glove with an ultra-thin layer of Polyurethane. Very good finger-tip dexterity.
