There are many problems and issues that have an impact, emotionally, physically and, in humans, also behaviorally. As Albert Einstein once said "We can't solve a problem by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them". Changing one's way of thinking and acting can overcome a problem and improve one's life. Despite the fact that problem aren’t easy to overcome, one of the problems that I face is the frequency of self-reinforcement.
First at all, self-reinforcement play a major role to overcome many problems like alcholism and weight control. There are two types of reinforcement that one encountered, positive and negative. According to Albert Bandura, “Self reinforcement would be feelings of satisfaction or displeasure for behavior gauged by personal performance standards”(). Self-reinforcement is one person give oneself negative or positive reinforcement when a bad or good thing occurs. However, self-reinforcement is not a serious problem, but when a person is constantly giving themselves reinforcement that when the frequency of self-reinforcement become a problem. The frequency of self-reinforcement occurs when a person is constantly complete a positive or negative reinforcement as soon as a bad or good things occurred.
The frequency of self-reinforcement can affect the person’s way of living in many ways as a student, daughter, sibling, and friend. I am a student, especially as a student, I face with many issues that leads to self-reinforcement. For example, when I get a good grade in a test, I
feel great and excited that lead to a positive reinforcement. Also, the frequency of self-reinforcement can affect a person within the family and friend. According to Measures for Clinical Practice, “…serious deficits in self-reinforcement skills, dependency upon others for approval, and possible vulnerability to depression”(163). I agree with this statement that I sometimes seek and depend on my family’s approval and as well as my friends. In addition, based on study of Tsui-Feng Wu and Meifen Wei, “Studies have found that the capacity for self-reinforcement is negatively related to anxiety and depression” (). The capacity of self-reinforcement can affect a person greatly if the problem is not overcome.

Your content is good, just the flow is lingering. I recommend you to do the following:
Example: If you are talking about cats.
Cats are cute and pet animals. They like yarn balls etc.. I think tigers should be pets too. (your way)
The way:
Cats like to play yarn balls. They are cute and pet animals. I think tigers should be pets too.
Try connecting your sentences, other than your content is rich!
