Out of a hundred possibilities from a group that has produced a multitude of awesome tunes, for me the Cream of the Crop is Sweet Emotion. Great lyrics, great riff, and a personal karaoke favorite.

I agree with the guy above who picked "Kings and Queens" but I might, instead, label that as their most underrated song.
