Yes. Duke is one of the smartest men in America. He took the KKK from committing violent acts to standing for white rights in an acceptable way.
Dukes appearance on Tom Snyders show in 1982 was a revelation to millions. Snyder, as a liberal Jew, was lying in wait to bait Duke. By the end of the show, Duke had him eating out of his hand. To this day, Snyder says that Duke was the smartest and most charming guy he ever interviewed.
