Get a sewn in weave. Weaves give your hair a rest for as long as you wear them. You can still wash, condition and maintain the hair that is braided underneath the extensions like you would your normal hair, just be careful because you don't want to loosen your sewing pattern too much.

You can wear a weave up to two months, but just make sure to take care of the hair that is underneath. If your hair grows fast already a weave might be harder to maintain.

Braids can also help achieve hair growth.

Hair extensions;

Can either been sewn in and/or clipped in. You can buy fake hair or real hair.

For good ones they'll probably set you back $150 which is quite cheap for a really good pair. I'm not awfully sure on the ones you get sewn in at the hairdressers. Otherwise just keep getting the dead ends cut and use good conditioning treatments and not use heat technologies such as straighters, hair dryers.

If the short time is about a few weeks then eat well, apply oil to your hair, wash it regularly and use a good shampoo.If your talking about a few days then hair extensions are the only option.

hair extensions is probably the quickest way to get long hair, but they do dammage your hair. Or you could just try and grow it , just keep trimming it and apply lots of conditioner especially on the ends, and use hair masks so that your hair doesnt become very dry.

It sounds nasty, but horse shampoo supposedly helps your hair grow faster. i have heard a lot of people say this works. But if you want longer hair by next week then you will have to put in extensions, a weave or get a wig.
