Any Doctors or Chiropractors?

I am a brazilian jiu jitsu, and muay thai practitioner and recently had a little trouble with my left shoulder, mainly near my collar bone. I began noticing it when I suddenly lost all flexibility in that shoulder, I'm usually very flexible when getting into shoulder locks, and what not but the other day we were drilling oma-platas, and i was forced to immediately tap even before the submission was fully locked in. What are some possible injuries that pertain to these symptoms. Going to a doctor is my last choice since i have no insurance.

    Go to a doctor.

It could be a number of thing for something minor to something sevear. You can't diagnose it over the internet you need to see a doctor or chiroprator

Do urself a favor and go see a dr even if u dont have insurance. It always better to get properly diagnosed and treated instead of ignoring it or getting it improperly diagnosed and treated, which could lead to compounding that injury and even long term problems if it heals improperly. Just spend that money to see a dr and itll save u money and time worrying about it in the future.

Seek out a clinic and be upfront that you don't have any insurance. You can claim poverty, and they will help you by treating you at low or no cost. And actually DO what they tell you to treat it. If you think it's too expensive to have a check up now, imagine if you let it go and end up with a rotator cuff.

Go to the doctor... They can help you... Not us...

If you aren't going to do that because of insurance problems (or lack there of) Post this in one of the medical sections with more detail of the problem... We aren't going to be much help...
