Painting and stamping (art smock is essential!!)
Baking a simple batch of biscuits
Making a dolls house with different sized boxes and decorating it.
Going to the library is great! They can spend heaps of time there and there is usually information about toddler groups, storytime, craft time etc.
Sticker books
Fridge magnets to sort and arrange
Take her to a lake to feed some ducks
Painting her face
singing songs
Play dough!! Here's link with the recipe to make it:

Playing I spy
Giving her an interesting snack which will keep her occupied for longer (eg: a plate with crackers, chopped carrots, cherry tomatoes, sprouts, slices of apple and cut up pieces of wholemeal bread arranged to make a face look great)
Take her to an op-shop so she can dress up and have a little play with some different toys. Added bonus, buying her a toy everytime you go there won't break the bank!
Take her for day outings to the beach, local playground, amusement park with toddler rides etc
Let her watch Playschool on T.V (this gives you a break!)

How about like a weekly field trip. Go to the zoo, library, park, aquarium or a friends house. How about finger paint or play dough? Sidewalk chalk is always fun. Look online at parenting sites. Maybe they would have some fun ideas.

Making cubby houses out of cushions and rugs and up against furniture, get her to help with chores eg. sort socks based on size and colour into pairs, getting ready for dinner etc., singing songs, collages, counting games, letter games, shape games, memory card games, jigsaw puzzles, going for walks, having picnics in the yard or the park, teddy bear picnics with a tea set baking biscuits, making play dough, decorating cup cakes. Good luck.

Try looking at your local library- they often know about activities. See if there are any groups of parents with young kids as well, and look through book stores for ideas. Art centers are great as well, but usually for older kids.
