Anyone else excited cause their team is 1 win away from going to the World Series!?

I couldn't sleep last night after that amazing win, and I'm having trouble concentrating at work. Maybe it's because I have tickets to Wednesday night's game and when they clinch it will be awesome!

Update:

Not to be rude, but we came back in the bottom of the 9th, 2 out and the batter behind in the count. That's reason to be excited. No one said anything about taking off for work - chill out. Just happy that my team is executing good baseball and playing like they deserve to be in the post season. yeesh.

Update 2:

In case you didn't figure it out from the date this was posted, I'm a Phillies fan, not a Yankees fan. I'm hoping the Angels can hang on too.

Update 3:

Sorry Matthew - The Dodgers are out and the Phils are in! The Yankees appear to be on their way to the WS as well though.

    I think the more exciting fact is that Phillies won those games mostly in a very convincing fashion. They played even better than the series against the Rockies, who had been very hot, by the way. Now Phillies set up to win this series with starting with their aces. They put themselves in a very comfortable position in this playoffs. Well done.

    it is just another game.

    Main thing you need to remember - to get to the dance is difficult. Get home from the dance with the prom queen or king... is a better bet.

    Just because you are one game away from the world series, that does not mean much.

    First, get there then win the next four games... then you can have the excuse to celebrate, take off from work.. and etc...

    Me too! And no it wasn't just another game. That was amazing, We almost lost. Jimmy Rollins did great for us.
