New ideas for a 13 yr old slumber party?
I need some new idea for a slumber party for my 13 yr old step daughter. Not the silly little child games something more age appropriate that has to be done indoors.

im not sure if your step daughter is into arts and crafts but if she is at all i think she would have fun doing this; buy some of those sleep masks like you see on tv and movies, buy some hot glue guns, and a ton of jewels and other decoration based item and let all the guests decorate their own sleep mask. also pick up a list of her favorite movies, some snack/junk foods and let them have a blast after dark

I like the SPA PARTY idea but just do one idea, like a foot soak, massage and manicure. (Have the girls make a homemade foot soak; In a tub to cover feet add to hotish water 1/2 cup Epsom Salt, a few drops of peppermint and lavender oil and soak for 5 mins.) Massage feet, dry and massage with sorbolene cream and file and paint nails.
Although this is a nice and a little grown up thing to do...don't forget they are only 13. Let them have fun, music and games, like Twister, Singstar, Charades, Dancing etc. They are not grown up yet, anyway much older people still can have fun doing these things! Let them be 13! Happy Birthday to the Birthday Girl! =D

My friends and I pour water into one cup and light a candle and we would each take turns letting the wax melt into the water, the shape of the wax each time would mean something different, like what our future husbands,or career would be and so on..
also u could make ur own icecrean, because come on, who doesn't like icecream?!
Here r some ideas:
Start talking about something, then when nobody's looking, pop an Alka-Seltzer in your mouth and have fun going around rabid, trying to bite your friends.
Burglar Alarm - Set a little timer and have everyone go out of the room. One person stays in and hides the timer. Then the other children come back in and try to find the timer before it goes off. Whoever finds it gets some kind of prize and also a chance to hide it the second time around. In case the timer goes off before anyone has a chance to find it, the person hiding it gets a prize. For an added effect this could be played in a dark room using flashlights.
Oversize Board Game – This game really gets you involved … because you are the piece that moves around the board. On a very large patio or driveway draw a large (VERY large!) gameboard with chalk. Make every square at least 18″. Make it in the shape of a circle or oval (or a figure 8). Write “start” at the first square and then on each square write a command or action. Example: Square 2 = move ahead 3 spaces, Square 3 – jump up and down until your next turn, Square 4 = sing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star until your next turn, Square 5 = go back 2 spaces … and so on until every square is filled. Make 2 large oversize dice (paint them white or leave unpainted and draw black circles on the sides of the “dice” – 1 – 6 dots) from boxes at least 12 x 12 – the bigger the better! Roll the dice and then move yourself along the game board. When you land on a square do what the square says. The winner is the one to reaches the end space first by landing on it with an exact roll. This sleepover game is also fun to play at night with flashlights.
i personally love this one:Hide and Seek the Blair Witch way- (Best for teenagers) This is a new type of hide and seek to play using a mobile phone and your home phone. Wait until it’s dark and turn out the lights. One person hides with a cell phone. In the pitch black, everyone goes looking for this one person. Every so often the person hiding must call the house phone and give clues to where he/she is hiding. This game is thrilling and fun. If you have one, use a night vision video camera to follow the guests and watch the tape later.
Spin the Secrets
First you need to have a load of friends. Sit in a circle on the floor. Then you take a bottle and spin it in a circle. Whoever the nozzle lands on, they have to go into a nearby room or closet with the person who spun the bottle. The spinner must then tell the chosen person 1 deep dark secret. It is then the chosen person's turn.
You then get little pieces of paper. You write the secrets on them and put them into a hat. Whichever secret you draw, you have to try to guess whose secret it is. If you guess correctly then you get to start the next game.
im gonna b 14 soon so ik wht 13 year olds like. Hope i helped!

Listen to music, dance or do karaoke.
Play video games or play on the Wii.
Watch movies and eat snacks - popcorn, ice-cream, candy etc.
Bake and decorate cookies.
Give each other make-overs and manicures.
Play truth or dare.
Read girly magazines.
Get a chocolate fountain or have chocolate fondue with fruit, marshmallows etc to dip.
Play Twister.
Make homemade face masks - there are loads of recipes online.
Have a fashion show and take photos.
Make homemade pizzas - buy pizza bases and loads of toppings and let them all make their own pizzas.
Scavenger hunt.
Play fluffy bunnies - see who can fit the most marshmallows in their mouth and still say 'fluffy bunnies'.
Play hide and seek in the dark.
Gossip.

the females will all choose to sleep at the same time so the two mattresses could be adequate. whilst i grow to be approximately that age I went to my acquaintances occasion and it grow to be like a mary kay occasion yet for youthful females. Her mom did our gentle organic makeup, styled our hair and gave us lip gloss, glitter and organic finding eye shadow. We then did facails,(in all hazard to take the makeup off) and had our nails painted. all of us had a blast and have been given lip gloss and different makeup in a goody bag.

Do a spa party. Have things to do pedicures and manis, facial masks lotions and scrubs. Then for a treat they can make smoothies with fresh fruits and yogurts.

red carpet theme. set up a "red carpet" area. let the girls put on lots of make-up and do their hair, maybe get a stuffed little dog, or some sunglasses or something and let them all go down the red carpet and take their picture then print them out and get paper and glitter and stuff and let them all make a little thing to put their picture on. or they could write fake tabloid stories about themselves or about someone else.
