I want to become a Politician.?

I want to become a politician. What degrees would help in the success of becoming a politician? Which colleges are considerable to go to? Would a degree in Social Science help? Please answer this question with respect. I need help please.

    Like the other two have said, going to law school would be the best.

    For your undergrad major, you would want to major in Political Science and or Economics. Essentially you can do whatever you want, for example Palin majored in journalism (I don't think she is a good person to follow what she does, but hey, that's just my opinion), but majoring in Political Science would be most logical. Minoring or double majoring in economics would also be a plus, but not a necessity.

    If you want to be a politician, then your last sentence is entirely correct.

    That being said, Truthseeker is right -- law.

    Law is the best one. 95% of the senators and house members are lawyers.
