How can I loose 3-5 pounds in 7 days? I've been exercising..?

Ok I have been working out for about 3 weeks now at least 4 xs per week for about an hour. I do 30 min of cardio then do lunges, crunches, weights. I can tell my tummy went down and so far I have lost an inch off my waist and one inch around my butt area (which i didn't want, cuz I want a BIGGER butt). But I don't think I've really lost any pounds (not sure cuz I didn't weigh myself b4 I started working out cuz I dont have a scale) But I'm guessing 3-4 pounds. SOO what can I do to loose 3-5 pounds in the next week? I want to LOOK like I've been working out for this party I am going to next friday...and it's a Halloween party and I gotta look HOT! PLEASE help!! THanks!

Do not eat carbs at night. Still eat. Just not carbs. Wake up in the morning and do your cardio before you eat ANYTHING. 30 minutes of cardio is recommended. When you do cardio without any carbs in your system then your body is going to go straight for your fat content instead of the carbs. Thus giving you an optimum cardio workout. :)

Baby, first of all you gotta control bad eating habbits, your stomach gotta be empty before you excercise make sure you do alot of sprints and running..run faster!! Do some situps make sure to stretch good enough.

Running will make the fat go out of your body quicker and your butts gonna become tight!

Try a stair stepper if you don't want to lose your butt. Eat right, avoid anything with salt, that means no processed/fast foods. Drink lots and lots of water and keep working out.
