Why won't Obama just GTF OFF of TV for cryin' out loud?

He is Media whore. Like a drug addict. Has to have it. Will never stop flapping his lips as long as some idiot is listening. His job is to convince you, that he can save you after he creates the problem destroying you.

Umm the President doesn't have any control over whether he's on TV or not. The networks are private companies and have full control over what goes on TV. There is no state-run media like there is in most ACTUAL socialist countries. The networks put Obama on TV a lot though because he's very popular in the US and around the world, and people like to hear what he says, even if they don't agree with him.

That, and it's his job to talk to the American people.

1. He HAS made more appearances on a wide variety of forums, than ANY POTUS before him, after 8 months in office;

2. He HAS made references to "I, me, my" an AVERAGE of 63 times PER speech, almost twice as much as the next one.

NBC had received an "exclusive" interview by a famous psychiatrist about what he saw as "severe" personality disorders in Obama's OBSESSION and COMPULSION, to be in front of people and lights and PROMOTE himself. NBC refused to air it and buried it instead.

Castro did the same.

Kim would speak often and anytime he wanted.

They all believe they are the smartest people in the world and everyone should hear them.

They also love the sound of their own voice

The same reason Bush and most Presidents before him were on TV a lot.

He's the president and he's working a hell of a lot more than Bush did. Obviously you fail to see what is really happening.

Obama has a lot to do on his plate.

The vast majority of it cannot be done by executive decree: It requires him persuading people to do what he wants. How does he do that? He appeals directly to them and indirectly to them through the voters.

How do you appeal to large numbers of people?

He's just doing his job.

He does a whole lot of talking and touring and has yet to do anything since taking office almost 11 months ago.
