How do you know if you have?

Impacted feces? I now know are removed by a process called disimpaction.

Do you start to have trouble going or can it cause alot of pain?

    Impaction is a hard ball of stool that's stuck up there and won't come out. It needs to be disimpacted, or dug out manually. You can usually feel it in the person's rectum.

    It can cause nausea, cramps, changes in blood pressure, pain, etc. Usually if you can poop at all, it'll be liquid stool coming out around the impaction.
